How do I dispose of my old CFL lightbulbs?
Because CFL light bulbs and some older thermostats contain mercury, a toxic metal, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends disposing of these products at a local recycling center, if available in your area. Some states and local jurisdictions have more stringent regulations than the EPA recommendation. They may prohibit the disposal of products containing mercury and may require recycling.

How do I find out if a bulb is compatible with certain dimmer switches?
Each product page contains a listing of factory-tested compatible dimmer switches. If you do not see the compatibility listing for your particular product, please fill out the form on the right.
What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 45 days of invoice to be eligible for credit.
Returned items must be received by AM Conservation Group, in new condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
AM Conservation Group will send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which must be included with the return shipment and the RMA number must be printed on the package in order for the returned material to be received at AM Conservation Group.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all returns unless the return is a result of an error made by AM Conservation Group or the product is faulty.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an error made by AM Conservation Group, in which case, AM Conservation Group will issue FedEx or UPS labels to have the product picked up.

What is your product warranty?
All goods sold are guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from shipment. Some products may include a longer warranty period; please refer to product packaging or specification on the products’ web pages for more detailed information. Other than this warranty, seller makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchant ability, fitness for purpose or otherwise. The seller shall in no event be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or any kind, in contract, tort or otherwise. The seller's liability and buyer's exclusive remedy is limited to the replacement of non-conforming products or payment in an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the specific products for which damages are claimed at the option of the seller.
