
Terry Sobolewski

With over 20 years of experience in energy and finance, Terry Sobolewski brings a breadth of knowledge to our organization having held leadership roles in operations, customer delivery, sales, business planning, and enterprise-wide process and performance improvement. Terry holds both a BSE in mechanical engineering as well as an MBA in marketing and leadership from Duke University. In his spare time, he volunteers as a director of United Way for Rhode Island and an advisory board member for Duke’s Center for Energy, Development and the Global Environment (EDGE).

Grace Wu
Chief Operating Officer
With over 20 years of experience in industrial, healthcare, and energy markets, Grace Wu's successful track record includes delivering profitable growth through innovation, service, process, and system improvements. Grace has held leadership roles in all facets of business including sales, business development, product management, manufacturing, distribution and logistics, and general management roles, both within the US and globally. As COO of Franklin Energy, Grace is responsible for developing and delivering profitable and sustainable energy solutions to meet clients’ needs. She is also responsible for the organizations's legal, compliance, and risk management teams.
Grace is a graduate of Executive Management Programs from The London School of Economics in the UK and INSEAD in France. Grace earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Baldwin Wallace University in Ohio.

Marisa Uchin
Chief Strategy and Growth Officer
With exceptional expertise in growth strategy and market development, Marisa leads Franklin Energy and AM Conservation through a continued focus on driving new business opportunities and ensuring effective retention and fulfillment of existing business. Leveraging more than 23 years of experience within the energy, consumer high-tech and automotive industries at companies ranging from global Fortune 50 to start-ups, she excels in leading teams, managing regulatory and legislative affairs, and fostering strategic communications, programs and partnerships.
Marisa holds a B.A. in Government from Wesleyan University and obtained her MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. She serves on the Board of Directors of Groundswell, an organization that makes community solar accessible to low income residents.

Ken Keiffer
Chief Financial Officer
Ken Keiffer brings a wealth of experience to Franklin Energy, with a background in leadership for companies in the healthcare, automotive, pharmaceutical device, aerospace, marketing services, food, metals, and construction industries. As Chief Financial Officer, Ken is responsible for managing the accounting and finance teams. He identifies and evaluates strategic opportunities, develops and implements related initiatives, and drives profitability and growth. Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management from Franklin Pierce University.

Ed Hayes
Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Ed Hayes is responsible for leading the human resources, sustainability, safety, and diversity and inclusion teams. With over 25 years of experience guiding HR teams, Ed leads the company-wide strategy and execution to deliver on our people-centric vision. Ed’s impressive track record of success spans HR and talent initiatives in multiple industries and functions, living and working throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Throughout his career, Ed has built deep experience creating and leading HR teams, with executive roles at companies including National Grid, Wells Fargo, Standard Chartered Bank, and Wachovia. Ed graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Sushma Annareddy
Chief Technology Officer
In her role as Chief Technology Officer, Sushma Annareddy oversees management of Franklin Energy and AM Conservation's employee- and client-facing technology solutions while establishing and investing in the organization’s long-term technology vision. With more than two decades of service in technology and engineering across both national and global companies, Sushma’s record of success has proven her leadership and product management expertise.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and in telecommunications engineering from Osmania University, an M.S. in computer science engineering from the University of Louisville, a certificate in advanced management from Babson College, and multiple technology certifications.

Adja Ba
Chief Human Resources Officer
With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector and a passion for energy, climate solutions and people, Adja Ba drives a people-centric HR strategy and oversees all human resource activities to meet the company’s growth plans, including strategic organizational planning, workforce development, talent management, and performance management. Adja leverages leadership skills and insights from over a decade’s experience in leadership roles for both national and international companies.
Adja believes that if a single secret to organizational success existed, it would be recruiting, training, and retaining talent. As a transformational HR leader with expertise designing innovative, strategic processes and continuous improvement initiatives, Adja has maintained her commitments to an employee-focused culture, to foster diverse and inclusive cultures of excellence, and to achieve impactful changes.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Denison University in Ohio and acquired advanced degrees from Johns Hopkins University and the HEC School of Management. She earned her Senior HR Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.

John Bailes
President
As the President of AM Conservation, John is responsible for overall strategy and execution of company goals and priorities. He’s been with the company for over 13 years. Throughout that time, John continues to say that the recipe for success is developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and employees. Prior to joining AM Conservation, John worked for a Fortune 500 company in financial services and he also owned and sold a successful advertising business. John graduated from the Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina. When John’s not working, he loves snow skiing, doing anything on the water and spending time with his wife and 3 boys.

Jim Koches
Senior VP of Operations
Jim oversees day-to-day operations to support the growth line of AM Conservation. He focuses on strategic planning and goal-setting, leveraging his 18 year of experience to direct the operations of the company in support of its goals. By following lean methodology, measuring and adjusting processes accordingly, Jim keeps program fulfillment on track. He provides operations support for utility programs with clients such as Duke Energy, Xcel Energy, Salt River Project, Georgia Power, and more, and he oversaw the design process of our new distribution facility to enable pick-and-pack capabilities for online stores, plus an expansion of our bulk product line into commercial products.

Mark Stroub
Vice President of Strategic Markets
In his role as Vice President of Strategic Markets, Mark Stroub oversees management of AM Conservation’s strategic sales, product development, and target growth initiatives. Over the 14 years he has been with the company, Mark has built a long track record of success including developing key relationships with product partners and leading various functional areas including sales, operations, real estate, and procurement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas.

Gena Rodriguez-West
Senior Director of Sales
Gena leverages her 16+ years of sales management experience to oversee the training, development and process management of the sales team. She works with the team to identify new opportunities in target accounts, while securing the training and resources required for implementing programs that deliver on customer goals. She has worked with AM Conservation clients such as Xcel Energy, FirstEnergy, LADWP, Black Hills Energy, SCPPA and more to deliver complex energy and water savings portfolio programs. Prior to joining AM Conservation, Gena worked in sales management for the leading supplier of uniforms and career apparel in the United States.

Brian McKee
Director of Online Stores
Brian identifies opportunities and manages online store programs with utility and implementation contractor clients throughout North America. He serves as the product manager of our online store solution, ensuring our team provides exceptional customer service and delivers on client goals. Brian has worked with AM Conservation clients such as Ameren Missouri, Ameren Illinois, FirstEnergy, National Grid, Dominion Energy South Carolina, ComEd, Georgia Power, ICF and many more. He has served in sales and program management roles for online store, bulk product, and kit fulfillment programs. Before AM Conservation, he worked in account management and sales, in addition to being an entrepreneur. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies, national security policy, from The Ohio State University.
