Pre-Filter:	Removable and washable. Captures large floating particles including dust, line, fibers, hair, and pet fur.
True HEPA H13:	Replaceable. Traps 99.97% of bacteria, viruses, pet dander, smoke, pollen, mold, microscopic contaminants, and pollutants down to .03 microns.
Carbon Filter:	Replaceable. Eliminates airborne toxins, odors, smoke-smell, fumes, VOCs, cooking, and pet smells.

How do I install or remove the Advanced Filter Cartridge?

Remove the cartridge

Turn off the air purifier and unplug it.
Hold the unit securely and rotate the bottom cover counter-clockwise to the “open” position.
Remove the bottom cover and lift the Advanced Filter Cartridge out of the unit.

Install the cartridge

Remove all plastic packaging from the cartridge.
Insert the Advanced Filter Cartridge into the purifier.
Reinstall the bottom cover by aligning the indicator triangle with the unlock icon.
Rotate the cover clockwise until it locks securely.

Important: Do not operate the air purifier without the filter installed. Always unplug the unit before servicing.

How do I remove, wash, and reinstall the Pre-Filter?

The Pre-Filter is reusable and washable and should be cleaned monthly or as needed.

Turn off and unplug the purifier.
Remove the bottom cover and take out the Advanced Filter Cartridge.
Gently separate the Pre-Filter from the cartridge by pulling apart the hook-and-loop (Velcro-style) fasteners.
Hand-wash the Pre-Filter with soap and water.
Allow the Pre-Filter to air-dry completely.
Wrap the dry Pre-Filter back around the cartridge and press the fasteners together.
Reinstall the cartridge and bottom cover.

Note: Only the Pre-Filter is washable. Do not wash the HEPA or carbon filters.

How do I replace the Composite True HEPA H13 and Super Absorbent Carbon Filter?

The True HEPA H13 and Super Absorbent Carbon Filters are combined into one composite replacement filter and must be replaced together every 4–6 months, depending on usage.

Turn off and unplug the air purifier.
Remove the bottom cover and take out the Advanced Filter Cartridge.
Remove the Pre-Filter and set it aside (do not discard).
Rotate the cartridge lid in the direction of the “OPEN” arrow and lift it off.
Remove the used composite filter and discard it.
Slide the new composite filter over the inner frame and press it fully into place.
Reinstall the lid and rotate it in the “CLOSE” direction until locked.
Reattach the Pre-Filter.
Reinstall the cartridge and bottom cover.
Plug in the unit and press and hold the Filter Reset button for 3 seconds to reset the indicator light.

Replacement filters are sold as Advanced Cartridge Replacement Filters (Part No. AM-AP1130-FLTRPACK).
