Tabletop Air Purifier

To receive maximum health and wellness benefits, we recommend placing the unit in a room no larger than 163ft2. This achieves 4.8 room air purification cycles per hour, which is the level recommended by the Association of Home Appliance Manufactures and adopted by ENERGY STAR® for establishing recommended room size. 

Yes, the unit can be installed in larger rooms. When using in bigger spaces, we recommend placing the unit as close to occupants as possible – for example, on couch’s end-table. This locates the cleanest air closest to those who need it most and can minimize the impact of purifying the room’s air less than 4.8 cycles per hour.

To achieve purified air circulation in your room, make sure the unit’s air inlet and outlet have at least 8 inches of clearance from walls and other objects. Obstructing the unit’s air inlet or outlet will lower the purifier’s cleaning efficiency. Place the unit at least 3 feet away from TVs, radios, and other electronic appliances. Do not plug the power cord into an outlet already being used by a TV, radio, or other electronic appliance. If you use the unit in the same place for an extended period of time, the wall nearest the air purifier may become dirty.

Remove the cartridge

1. Turn off the air purifier and unplug it.
2. Hold the unit securely and rotate the bottom cover counter-clockwise to the “open” position.
3. Remove the bottom cover and lift the Advanced Filter Cartridge out of the unit.

Install the cartridge

1. Remove all plastic packaging from the cartridge.
2. Insert the Advanced Filter Cartridge into the purifier.
3. Reinstall the bottom cover by aligning the indicator triangle with the unlock icon.
4. Rotate the cover clockwise until it locks securely.

Important: Do not operate the air purifier without the filter installed. Always unplug the unit before servicing.

The Pre-Filter is reusable and washable and should be cleaned monthly or as needed.

1. Turn off and unplug the purifier.
2. Remove the bottom cover and take out the Advanced Filter Cartridge.
3. Gently separate the Pre-Filter from the cartridge by pulling apart the hook-and-loop (Velcro-style) fasteners.
4. Hand-wash the Pre-Filter with soap and water.
5. Allow the Pre-Filter to air-dry completely.
6. Wrap the dry Pre-Filter back around the cartridge and press the fasteners together.
7. Reinstall the cartridge and bottom cover.

Note: Only the Pre-Filter is washable. Do not wash the HEPA or carbon filters.

The True HEPA H13 and Super Absorbent Carbon Filters are combined into one composite replacement filter and must be replaced together every 4–6 months, depending on usage.

1. Turn off and unplug the air purifier.
2. Remove the bottom cover and take out the Advanced Filter Cartridge.
3. Remove the Pre-Filter and set it aside (do not discard).
4. Rotate the cartridge lid in the direction of the “OPEN” arrow and lift it off.
5. Remove the used composite filter and discard it.
6. Slide the new composite filter over the inner frame and press it fully into place.
7. Reinstall the lid and rotate it in the “CLOSE” direction until locked.
8. Reattach the Pre-Filter.
9. Reinstall the cartridge and bottom cover.
10. Plug in the unit and press and hold the Filter Reset button for 3 seconds to reset the indicator light.

Replacement filters are sold as Advanced Cartridge Replacement Filters (Part No. AM-AP1130-FLTRPACK).

The Tabletop Air Purifier removes 99.97% of airborne elements. It captures particles down to 0.3 microns in size including viruses, bacteria, toxins, pollen, dust, and smoke.

The Tabletop Air Purifier noise level is 36.7-65 decibels depending on the filtration speed being used. That ranges from the noise level of leaves rustling to normal conversation or background noise.

Check if the air purifier power plug is plugged in or if the power plug or wiring is damaged. If the plug or wiring is damaged, contact customer service at customercare@amconservation.com.

Check that the air purifier power plug is plugged in and the machine is on. While the machine is off, check to see if the motor is damaged or if there are loose or foreign particles inside the machine. If the motor is damaged or there are loose particles inside the machine, contact customer service at customercare@amconservation.com.

Check that the air purifier filter is replaced, and the filter’s plastic packaging is removed. Ensure enough space around the machine to allow proper ventilation. Air inlet and outlet should be at least 8" away from obstacles as instructed on the user guide. The machine should also be placed in the appropriately sized room to match the machine’s cleaning capabilities.

The Simply Conserve 1000 Series Air Purifier is an excellent mold spore removal device. Mold spores are generally no smaller than 2 microns in size and the 1000 Series’ True HEPA H13 filter removes 99.97% of contaminants down to .3 microns in size. This means it will also capture airborne mold spore particles (parts that fractured off a single mold spore). When using the Simply Conserve 1000 Series Air Purifier for airborne mold abatement, we recommend replacing the filter frequently to mitigate the potential of mold growing on the filter itself.

The cartridge filter in the Simply Conserve 1000 Series Air purifier is rated for 1,500 hours of use. That’s about six months of use, assuming the unit is running 8 hours per day.  Replacement times will vary based on running times and environment the unit is placed in. A Replace Filter indicator illuminates when the filter is full and needs to be replaced.

These types of particles are captured and collected on the unit’s Pre-Filter screen. Cleaning the Pre-Filter is easy. Simply follow these steps or refer to the instructions that came with the unit.

Used air purifier filters cannot be recycled because they contain contaminants removed from the air during the purification process.
